Return and Refund Policy

At GENEX INNOVATIONS, we strive to provide high-quality web development and digital services tailored to our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is structured to ensure fair practices for both parties.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins): If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.
- Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our inability or unforeseen circumstances on our end, a refund may be issued after review.
- Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for the same service, a full refund for the duplicate transaction will be provided.
- Unsatisfactory Service (Based on Contract Terms): If a client is not satisfied with the delivered service and we are unable to resolve the issue within the agreed revision scope, a partial refund may be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital services, certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Custom web development, design, or digital marketing services once work has commenced.
- Domain registration, hosting services, and third-party software licenses.
- Completed milestone-based projects or phases that have been approved by the client.
- Subscription-based services after the renewal date.
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, clients must:
- Submit a written request via email to support@genexinnovations.com within 3 days of service completion.
- Include the reason for the refund request, relevant project details, and any supporting documents.
- Allow up to 3 business days for our team to review and process the request.
4. Partial Refunds & Adjustments
In cases where partial work has been completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the work already delivered. If a project is terminated by the client after significant progress has been made, a refund may not be granted.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to communicate with us before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension or legal action.
6. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or on our website.
